Account Registration and Verification
2.1 Individual Account
Each player is allowed to open only one account on myan99. If it is found that more than one account has been opened, or that an account is not personally owned, the accounts will be closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide your real name, correct contact details, and accurate payment information. If false or fraudulent information is found, we may suspend the account and any remaining funds may be forfeited.
2.3 KYC Verification
Before making a withdrawal or claiming a bonus, we may verify your National Registration Card (NRC), bank account details, and payment links. If you do not cooperate with KYC verification, withdrawal access will be restricted.
2.4 Account Security
You must not share your account login credentials (username and password) with any third party. You agree to take sole responsibility for all gameplay and financial transactions made from your account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
myan99 accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Transfers made through methods outside of these will not be accepted.

Requests below these amounts may be declined.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
After a request is verified, funds will normally arrive within 5–30 minutes. If KYC verification is incomplete or a security check is required, processing may take longer.
3.4 Source of Funds
The player confirms that all funds deposited into their account come from a legitimate source. If money laundering or illegal financial transactions are detected, we may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
3.5 Losses
Funds lost through gameplay will not be refunded. Players bear sole responsibility for losses resulting from their own decisions.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
myan99's welcome bonus gives 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.
- Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving a total account balance of 60,000 Ks
- Example — deposit 220,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total account balance of 420,000 Ks
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Players who receive a bonus must wager 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Example — receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, you must wager 40,000 × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks
- Example — receive a bonus of 200,000 Ks, you must wager 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks
If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, your bonus funds will be forfeited.
4.3 Bonus Terms You Must Read
- A bonus will be given to each player only once.
- Any bonus may be changed or discontinued without prior notice from us.
- A player who has received a bonus cannot transfer it to a third party.
- If we detect any abuse of bonuses, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus.

Limitation of Liability
myan99 is not responsible for any interruptions or losses caused by technical faults, network outages, or third-party service issues.
The maximum liability a player can claim against the platform is limited to the amount of their initial deposit. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By accessing the platform, players are deemed to have agreed that they play by their own decision and accept full responsibility for any losses incurred.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
The logos, designs, software, game interfaces, website structure, and brand names on myan99.games are the sole intellectual property of myan99.
Players may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell any content, images, videos, or software from the platform without a licence from myan99.
Account Closure
8.1 Closure by Us
myan99 may close a player's account without notice for the following reasons—
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Detection of fraud or money laundering
- Account registered with false information
- Using the service for purposes that are contrary to the law
In the event of closure, any balance found to be illegitimate will be forfeited.
8.2 Closure by the Player
A player may request to close their account at any time via customer service live chat. Any player requesting account closure must first withdraw all remaining valid funds.
